- How long are shipping times?
As we work directly with our shipping partners, we will guarantee the product is shipped as soon as possible. Your products will ship within one to five days of your order, it takes in total approx. 10 to 15 days for the items to arrive. Products shipping from our US warehouse would take approx. 7-10 days to arrive.
- What's your return policy
We offer 30 days guaranteed money back program. You can contact us regarding to the issue and refund. Please also visit our RETURN POLICY page for more information.
- Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible before shipping out the order. Please contact us immediately if you want to cancel your order so we can intervene if possible.
- What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.
- Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
- My Tracking Says: “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
- Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
